Q- Does your trail have age restrictions?
A- You know your kids better than we ever could, we have had kids as young as 5 walk through and their parents get more scared than they do. We do lightly recommend ages 10 and up.

Q- Is the trail handicap accessible? 
A- While we have made efforts to ensure that as many people as possible are able to enjoy our haunt as safely as possible, it is difficult to tame the outdoors to meet all ADA standards. We have had folks in wheelchairs make the entire distance, but regrettably  we cannot guarantee this for each and every guest.

Q- What is your refund policy?
A- As a general rule, we do not offer refunds.

Q- What time does the trail open?
A- While the ticket window opens at 7:30, the trail will not open until dark. This is usually around 8:15-8:30 depending on the weekend. 

Q- Do you offer group discounts?
A- We do, give us a call or send an email to discuss our group rates.

Q- How much does parking cost?
A- Parking is absolutely free!

Q- What time do you stop selling tickets?
A- We stop selling tickets at 11PM

Q- What is your policy on costumes?
A- We love them, we ask only that folks leave any weapons or other hand held accoutrement in their vehicle.

Q- What is your conceal/open carry policy?
A- We ask that all personal weapons be left in patrons vehicles.

Q- Do you recommend any particular type of footwear?
A- As the trail is in the woods, we recommend folks wear closed toe shoes of some sort.

Q- How long does the trail last?
A- The trail takes about 20 minutes to complete.
